This can affect your relationship. Some people end up taking out their stress on other people by getting into arguments or getting angry at them when they are really angry at something that happened at work.

If your stress levels are really high you may need to see a doctor to find out if there is an underlying medical reason for your feelings. Stress is not good for anyone.
